Born and raised in México City, Andrea started her journey in the film industry during the end of  her studies of Audiovisual Communication in Salamanca University in  Spain and Universidad Intercontinental.

The love for decoration started as a child by the hand of her fathers hobby, a vintage pieces colletor.

Her career pathway began working with a friend for and indie production company making Videoclips for important Mexican bands such as Cafe Tacuva, Natalia Lafourcade and Enjambre.

She has worked for 10 years in the film industry. Her work and trajectory has brought her the opportunity to work in big productions like Narcos México, Acapulco and several commercials.

Along her work in Production Design Andrea owns Vintage Furniture restoration project with the objective of transforming spaces and creating unique pieces with character called CHIM CHIM CHONGAS.

Her work as a designer partly includes searching for treasures, since her mantra is based on the idea of ​​restoring furniture, spaces, and locations so they can have a second life.
